In August 1994, the Library acquired Micro-VTLS (Virginia Tech Library System) for cataloguing before migrating to VTLS in July 1995. The system enables users to access the collections via Easy PAC- an Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC). In March 2005, the Library had migrated to an Integrated Library System, which consists of 3 main subsystems i.e. Library Management System Millennium, Materials Flow Management System and Extended Modules.

The Materials Flow Management System supports and automate daily activities in the areas of security, materials processing, self-check-in and check-out as well as inventory control. Extended Modules consists of Smart Library Skills, Smart Reference Desk, Academic Forum and Visitor Tracking. The Integrated Library System was activated on 22 June 2005 and on 4 July 2005 users were able to access its OPAC named LibrARY OneSearch. In 2017, the Library switched to KOHA Integrated Library System (KOHA 17.05) after using Millennium Library System for about 10 years. The Library has continued to develop its bibliographic database and enabled users to access its collection through KOHA OPAC now known as LibrARY OneSearch.
