For every interloan request you make: * First check to see whether CAIS hold the item: - check CAIS OneSearch. * If CAIS does not have the item, please place your request via the online form. Note: Please provide as much information about your request and avoid abbreviations! .

Interloan/Document Delivery Service is available to all staff and students of Unimas. Requests from nonmembers will also be entertained depending on cases with a fee usually covering the cost of article and delivery.

Interloan and Document Delivery Service is free of charge for UNIMAS student and academic staff.

It is very difficult for us to predict how long a request will take as it depends on whether the material is available in the holding library and method of delivery of lending library. Normally, materials borrowed through ILL/DDS arrive within a week or two (overseas). If you are submitting a lot of requests at one time please prioritize them.
